Notice of Annual General Meeting of Newport Baseball Club Inc.
All members from juniors, junior parents right through to our respected life members are invited to the Annual General Meeting of the Newport Baseball Club Inc. Under the current restrictions imposed, this year’s meeting will be held via video conference. All Committee of Management positions will be declared vacant and elections will be held for a new Committee for the next 12 months.

Anyone wishing to nominate or be nominated for a committee position for the upcoming 12 months should complete the Nomination Form available by clicking on the image below and forward to the Club Secretary for receipt by 24th June 2020.

SENIOR PRESENTATION

In the lead up to our AGM we will be announcing the team awards for all teams from U16’s, U18’s, Seniors and Masters. This will be done via FB and our app starting the 1st week in June announcing 1 team per day, so be sure and get around the recipients with lots of comments of congratulations. The Junior, Senior & Masters Perpetual trophies will be announced on the video conference immediately after the AGM on 26/6 so be sure and tune in. Further details to come.

Once pre-season gets going we will hold an informal gathering after training one night at which time the award winners can be formally recognised and presented with their trophy, details of when this will occur will be posted so families can attend.

As always there is a lot going on behind the scenes so hope everyone is staying well and looking forward to a big summer of baseball.
