Notice of Annual General Meeting of Newport Baseball Club Inc.

6:30pm – Sunday 25 June 2023

All members from juniors, junior parents right through to our respected life members are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of the Newport Baseball Club Inc.

This year’s meeting will be held at the club on Sunday the 25th of June 2023.  All Committee of Management positions will be declared vacant, and elections will be held for a new Committee for the next 12 months. 

The 2022/23 Annual Report will be published on our website.

A zoom meeting link will also be provided on our social media platforms and website 2 days prior to the meeting for those unable to attend in person.

Anyone wishing to nominate or be nominated for a committee position for the upcoming 12 months should complete the attached form and forward to the Club Secretary for receipt by 18th June 2023.

Sub-Committee Nominations

The workload to successfully manage all aspects of the club is always increasing, therefore having well motivated and passionate members on structured sub-committees is an important part of sharing the workload as well as effective management.  If you would like to nominate for any of the listed sub-committees, please complete the attached form.

Continued success of our on-field programs from t-ball to masters, an inclusive family culture and continued improvements to our facilities inside and out takes a team of volunteers.  Work is well underway towards making this summer a memorable one, so keep an eye out for details and how you can get involved.
