Berman appointed club coach

New Club Coach for the Rams

NBC is pleased to announce the appointment of our new club coach: Jared Berman.

Jared has been a Ram since 2017 after relocating to Australia from the U.S. with his wife Ashleigh. In his first season with with us Jared made significant contributions on-field seeing him win the Bunting Award (1sts MVP) and taking out the clubs biggest award for seniors the following year, The Mackrell Trophy (2018/19)

Prior to coming to Australia Jared was a three-year varsity player at Lawrence North High School in Indianapolis before continuing his baseball career at Kansas City Community College as a middle infielder and pitcher.  He completed his collegiate baseball career at Southwest Baptist University in Missouri as a starting pitcher. Jared graduated earning honors and academic All-American.

Jared is highly regarded by everyone at NBC and is committed to developing a sustainable baseball program with strong focus on development.

Despite the current period of uncertainty the world is in, we are excited to look forward to a strong future of Rams baseball under Jared’s leadership.
