Annual General Meeting 2022

at the club

All members from juniors, junior parents right through to our respected life members are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of the Newport Baseball Club Inc. This year’s meeting will be held at the club on Thursday 30 June from 7:30pm. All Committee of Management positions will be declared vacant, and elections will be held for a new Committee for the next 12 months. 

The 2021/22 Annual Report is available to read/download here. 

A zoom meeting link will also be provided on our social media platforms and website 2 days prior to the meeting for those unable to attend in person. 

Anyone wishing to nominate or be nominated for a committee position for the upcoming 12 months should complete the attached form and forward to the Club Secretary for receipt by 27th June 2022.

Sub-Committee Nominations 

The workload to successfully manage all aspects of the club is always increasing, therefore well motivated and passionate members on structured sub-committees is an important sharing the workload as well as effective management. If you would like to nominate for any listed sub-committees, please complete the attached form. 

Continued success of our on-field programs from t-ball to masters, an inclusive family culture continued improvements to our facilities inside and out takes a team of volunteers. Work underway towards making this summer a memorable one, so keep an eye out for details and you can get involved. 

Please support your club and ensure the momentum continues by attending this meeting.
